Fx Streamline barrel liner?

So look guys i accidentally unscrewed the shroud on my streamline and found this. Theres two small parting lines on the "barrel"and a different finish on all three peices of steel. Theres also what appears to be

 i dont have the to go any farther but im curious if any of you already have? Thanks

Your probably seeing the barrel liner itself. I think all of the smooth twist barrels are of the liner fashion.

That is normal for a standard smooth twist barrel. The last few inches of the barrel has the rifling pressed in from the outside and then that is covered with a sleeve. If you look closely at the barrel a few inches from the end you can see the joint of the covering sleeve. 
Sorry it’s not a liner.
