Has anyone tried this liner with the .25cal King Heavy MKII vs the Pellet Liner A to see if there is a noticeable difference?

Are the twist rates the only difference with the liners, or is there a choke on the pellet liners and not on the slug liner (or vise versa)?

It's more to do with the breech end IME, the B liner allows the 33g to drop in flush, the A liner has a tighter breech and a 33 will sit proud, the B liner has much less of a "sizing" effect on the 33g than the A liner, you will also notice it is much smoother/less resistance when the pellet feeds into the barrel.

Thanks for the reply. Do you think the accuracy at 100 yards with the MKII Heavy pellets in either liner would be similar? I don't want to go out and buy a liner that will make little difference.And then there are hybrid slugs to consider...

I've got a 600mm .25 Slug Liner A, and it absolutely loves the 34gr at almost any speed from 750fps to 890fps - that's the whole range of the dial on my dreamline.

If I wanted to shoot the 33's & slugs at 100 and farther I would definitely invest in a B liner or a slug liner as generally the slug liner will shoot the pellets just as well but not always the reverse.
If the JSB .22 slugs we have tested are anything to go by then the .25's when we get them would surely appreciate the B liner also, the FX slugs are great but the JSB are likely to be much more competitively priced.

Correct but you have to be a little careful and take the published chart with a pinch of salt, I have had numerous, slug/pellet liners and on some the twists appeared identical, only the degree of choking was markedly different, Mr Dubber does infact say that twist rate may not make a great deal of difference with pellets, or perhaps be less important than the internal dimensions of the liner/barrel, especially when it comes to slugs.
The reason the JSB (and perhaps the FX HYBRID) shoot so well IMO is that the JSB have what you could call a small skirt, rather than a flat or slightly dished base design.

My Slug -A liner measures 1:18 twist
My Factory pellet liner measures 1:23 twist

For me personally Pellet Liner A 700 / 25 shoot worse than Slug liner A 700 / 25 with King Heavy MKII. Pellet Liner B 700 / 25 is designed to shoot heavier pellets and its rotation speed is almost the same as Slug liner A 700 / 25. So when buying Slug liner A 700 / 25 you get a better tube to shoot heavier pellets and you can also shoot slugs.

Thank you very much for this information. I appreciate it. If I had a lot of money I would buy everything I could for accessories, but I don't have the cash so I'm trying to make informed decisions. I will be mainly shooting the JSB MKIIs.
