Why did it become a HEAVY with a twist rate of 1:18, and the effect of Heavy Barrel shooting slugs will be better, I am very confused,thanks

My 3 year old 30 cal MK2 700 mm liner is not marked. I carefully tried to measure the twist and it seems to be around 1:37. I'm buying a new liner (Superior), but what will it be? These tables I'm seeing are contradictory. Do I get the twist du jour?

Contradictory tables .... or at least not explained into full details.
I think the "choke" has more to do then twist rates - what projectile pellets or slugs.
My MK2 (2020 Feb) came with a .25x700 STX-A liner which was a pellet liner with twist rate 1:27.
Earlier this year I located (a brand new) and bought am older version of .22x600 slug liner, same STX-A but 1:15.5.

Any chance you can measure it what is a twist rate?

I have two STX-A, one .25x700 is for pellets and one .22x600 is for slugs the only difference is the the Twist Rate and naming STX-AP vs STX-AS ...
