FX-USA, another 10 to 12 weeks - are you joking?!

Every other country in the world has them in stock except USA!!!

Canada has them in stock but will not ship them here. Most European dealers have them in stock as well but cost an arm and leg to get them shipped here while many will not. USA being most likely the world's largest market for airguns, one would think that FX would care to serve US customers better.

Words cannot express my frustration on how much FX does not values its US customers to ship their Impacts to all other countries in the world where all of have fully stocked warehouses with plenty of FX just sitting on the shelf but cannot give a $hit enough about US customers to ship more guns to the US. We need to keep this in mind when making our choices on what guns to buy, I have waited over 10 weeks on a waiting list with no commitment as to when I will get one. I love their products and so far have been willing to wait but my patience is coming to the end.... Frustrated beyond words.

Not fair that we have to wait for products here for months while all the other countries with much smaller markets all have them on the shelf

MOD EDIT: REMOVED INSULTS. PLEASE REFER TO THE RULES.

I work in the construction trades electrical. Everything is blocked or out of stock. We had transformers from China were stoped by China mid shipment and had to have Texas Instruments make a replacement.

from what I’ve been told by our distribution contacts is as follows.

covid hit- there was a halt on importation to USA especially from china

then this caused USA companies to ramp up production but since corporate dollars were not invested here US infrastructure was massively behind the 8ball and most manufacturing is in the BLUE areas and still under very limited freedom so production is very low. So now companies are moving to new areas but gotta build facilities so still behind.
I know there is still a massive slow down on importation because several of the companies we buy from have been sourcing production state side at inflated cost.

so yes covid is part lock downs is a part and politics is a huge part.

if it’s not made in US it’s gonna be a slow go I just saw Rouge fitness had kettle bells in stock for the fist time in several months not much else though. oh and panic buying did not help either.

When I asked if there was any idea how much longer it might be, they had no idea but said I was one of 88 orders. I've had my order in since August. I really like dealing with the folks at Utah. I just hope it's not 10 more weeks (unless there's some excellent upgrade we'll get)

The guys at Utah Airguns were great, I'm not mad at them at all. They are in a bad position, they have to deal with irate customers who are tired of waiting. Don't get your hopes up on a gratis upgrade...

So how do you explain Matt Dubber being fully stocked with FX guns and not the US?

Higher demand in the US leading to longer backorders at the moment. But another shipment has arrived that is shipping to dealers beginning of next week. We're getting shipments every two weeks. You'll drive yourself crazy if you're playing the comparison game to other regions of the world. But happy to answer you questions. I will say those currently waiting for a Crown will be very happy when they receive their rifle. The order just received from Sweden included a large amount of Crowns.

Sounds like some folks think there is an FX conspiracy aimed at the US, which makes no sense. I know the pandemic related issues have greatly impacted logistics, and supply chains everywhere are effected. I don't think there has been a decision to alienate the world's largest market.

Then why is it that Canada has them in stock as do most European countries?

I wish we had more North American airgun makers available to us and not be at the mercy of a supplier that clearly does not care about its US market or US customers.

The US is a bigger marker obviously, this means that FX needs to ship more guns here proportionately with the market size. Something FX has not figured out yet.

FX USA maybe you should articulate this situation to the the FX company and specifically to those who make the decisions on how many guns to ship to what counties. What's the point to ship to those countries who already have them in stock ???
