Service has really turned around, due to my lack of offering a part number I received the wrong item, called FX USA and was transferred to the man himself Ernest Rowe. He told me how to convert the part I had into the part I thought I ordered, sounded easy enough since I have a lathe but he then offered to send me the correct part. In a couple of days I had the replacement part plus an additional better substitute piece. Thanks FX USA

 I am very happy with FX USA I just got me my first FX streamline I fired two magazines through it and the trigger would not fire of course like anyone I was very upset because I have a very expensive airgun that won’t work turns out little tiny part seized up in the gun I talk to the service tech up there he told me How to fix over the phone. by removing three little pins I got my gun working again real easy kept me from having to send it off and they’re sending me 2 little washers to resolve the issue to keep it from happening again very satisfied thank you FX USA
