Fx usa closed? Where to get fx parts?

I am hoping that eventually Utah can get to the point that FX USA was at and make it so you can order any part you want. I needed a screw, a spring, detent ball, or Dreamline TAC conversion parts in the past and it was nice to be able to order them up and do the work myself.
I am sure FX has their hands full with trying to get things straighten out and at least we have good reliable service we can count on. Cape Fear says usually a two week turn around ( depending on part’s availability). Parts is the key so I hope FX gets that up and running again.

The M4 parts are not out yet, give UA a month or two and the part that you want should be arriving. I want the same part. Patience grasshopper, the m4 has just been released.

it would be excellent to see Utah or Cape Fear
Began running parts operation similar to the way FX – USA used to run it
Being on my left coast, I would prefer it to be Cape Fear
What a pleasure it was dealing with FX -USA Without any concerns for the marketing hype of a retailer

I think cape fear is a one man operation I don’t know if they have the capitol to make it into a distribution center. I’m not sure where they are but if it’s not near a air hub that what is needed to run a distribution center

I just ordered o-rings for my MKI fx wildcat regulator from Zak at Utah Airguns.
Very helpful and had everything I needed.

Did you try calling or emailing UA or others? While they might not list all the parts online, but they have a service department to deal with repairs and stuff and should stock all parts they might need. Last time I needed a few specific parts for AEA that I could not find anywhere I ended up emailing FoxAir (among others) and their service department had what I need. Bottom line, try to call or email them, don’t rely on what’s on the website, you might just find what you need.

Good luck with Utah Airguns answering an email. I emailed them several times and no response back by email.

They're real good at answering the phone, or if you request a callback, they do.

Best bet is on the west side of the country Utah Airguns. On the east side Cape Fear airguns. Both are authorized warranty repair centers and should be able to get any part you need.
