FX USA Contact

Has anyone attempted to contact the USA service center? After calling AOA this morning looking for a part they referred me to the USA service center and gave me a 866-639-0772 number. Tried it and it goes directly to voice mail without any indication of who I actually dialed. You'd think they would have worked that out first thing..
jk

MOD EDIT: moved to Dealers & Manufacturers Direct so they may respond

I have my Impact at FX USA in N Carolina as we speak. The gun has been there about 3 weeks and other than my calling Ernest before Christmas I have had no updates or contact with them. I was thinking after sending a gun in for repair that once it had been opened and inspected I would have gotten information on what was needed and the cost. Nada.

I will say, I didn't expect Ernest to be working over Christmas. He is still in New Jersey and works in N Carolina from Monday to Thursday, going home on the weekends.

I agree Zonk the Impact really had quite a few issues but I think they have all been resolved for the most part. The Crown on the other hand hasn't had any issues that I've heard of, great news for a change. The Royale 400's and 500's have been pretty much trouble free as well. I've seen a few reports on pretty simple issues with the Wildcats but considering the tens of thousands they've sold in the last couple of years (since they came out) the numbers being repaired is really low, from what I'm hearing about anyway. When you mass produce anything in huge numbers there's always going to be some repairs needed from time to time. To me it's kind of like looking at the repair shop for Chevy's, Fords, and Dodges. You'll see a ton of them being repaired every day but you don't hear about the issues with a Mercedes's because in reality in the big scheme of things their numbers are nothing compared to the big three, but go to a Mercedes dealership and I quarantee there will be some in the shop. The same holds true for air guns..... I think..

We apologize deeply to all who have experienced less than perfect customer service from FX Airguns USA in the first two months since we opened our doors. Early on, we experienced several technical delays in system failure and internet issues that were outside of our control. We have since been working around the clock to fix everything and it looks like we will have all issues resolved within a week or two. We appreciate everyone's understanding and patience in this process and promise outstanding customer service right around the corner.

Our direct email for parts, warranty, and out of warranty work is [email protected]. We welcome all feedback as we work on resolving these early growing pains for our US division. Thanks again everyone.

Need not apologize to me for anything .
I see things more on the lines of FX doing me a big favor .
not that my rifle has really needed anything since I got it. other than a seal and now a spring that I tried to improve lol.
Love my gun and will be getting a 500 to go with my 400 royale soon .
I've got 2 other top end guns. Well anything over a grand is top end for me .
But my royale is always the one getting shot most . so thank you fx for bringing things closer to home .

Man, I wish I had seen this post before I bought my Streamline. Holy crap, I have never encountered a company that charges thousand of dollars for their products and have crap for customer service.

How do they manage to stay in business? Live and learn I guess. the damn rifle is so big that I can't even use it as a paper weight.

Have you tried contacting FX USA? Are you having issues reaching them?

They have been great to deal with for myself. Much better than in the past.

The thread is 11 months old! They had just opened their USA location. This issue is a non-issue now. Growing pains!
