As we are now virtually in 2019, I have to ask when are the .177 barrel kits going to be available for the Crown??

Man, I wish I had seen this post before I bought my Streamline. Holy crap, I have never encountered a company that charges thousand of dollars for their products and have crap for customer service.
How do they manage to stay in business? Live and learn I guess. the damn rifle is so big that I can't even use it as a paper weight.
The thread is 11 months old! They had just opened their USA location. This issue is a non-issue now. Growing pains!
They are swamped with customer guns

Can you provide documentation to back up this statement?

Obviously a troll.
That said, I can imagine FX USA has a tough job in front of them to support growth and change. I also would't assume that they're the largest of companies with budgets and streamlined processes in place for support. Growing pains are what they are, but I'm sure they'll work out the kinks in due time.
I can also think of probably hundreds, if not a thousand other products out there in different markets with identical price points to FX airguns, that have (1) much greater percentages of issues (2) far less in terms of support resources.
My only experience this far with FX USA was an email with a technical question and I got a reply within the hour YMMV, but for me that was sufficient.

The only troll I see is younow that being said you must be an fx owner. Well I’m also an fx owner such as your self and I find fx quality lacking. I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings about the fx branded products. Rest assured when I return from overseas I will be sending fx my piece of sh$& monsoon and I bet I will be calling on the status of this gun

So you have an FX that supposedly does not work. I'll bet it is due to some modification or adjustment you made, but won't own up to it.
