Fx usa Parts. Sick joke ??

So I needed a sear. I emailed and showed photos of a worn part and part was determined under warranty. Sweet. Thank you.
First order was delivered but wrong part. Mistakes happen. Emailed again with photo over wrong part and FX replied next day. Sorry. Will ship asap. Great.
Package shows today with same invoice saying part I needed but I don't even know what part they sent.
Hey let's try this again. Maybe I'm just being played a bad joke but this is ridiculous now.

We have sent out the correct part today. Not sure how you got linkage the part you need 20394 and it’s packaged and out for shipping.
