Had problems with new impact x . email them they got back same day great lady on phone they took great care of me and saved me $ as shooter 1721 would say Come on man!!!

I too phoned FX USA today and spoke to a very pleasant Summer, who then sent me to techie Brian, also very nice.

Sent back to Summer, but must have been busy at the moment, so I phoned back in a few minutes. Summer answered the phone and my parts were ordered right after giving a few rudimentary answers to her questions.

Excellent experience and the personnel were spot on courteous and friendly.
