FX USA shoutout.

I just figured I’d plug them as I’ve always had great experiences. They always have been easy to get ahold of which in itself is invaluable in this industry. Seems a lot of China based manufactured products cannot even come close to this. Anyway I had a small leak on my FX streamline. Took me awhile but I finally traced it to the actual pressure gauge itself. Called FX USA and ordered one. They sent one right away but it was wrong . Called back, they answered right away, apologized and sent the correct one right out and didn’t even want the wrong one back. All taken care of with single phone calls and very professional customer service. This alone is worth a lot. Kudos to FX USA.

I too have had great experience with FX USA. All my calls were answered by a friendly person and they have always been very helpful. I talked with Melissa the most. Sorry I don't remember other names. My guns are newer so everything was covered under warranty. I just send my friends old Impact for a complete reseal and we expect to be very happy. The price quoted was very reasonable also.
First class operation!

Yeah…just the fact that they allow transfer of warranty to the person picking up a used gun….is somthing not very many companies do.

Everybody seems all to glad to throw buyers without original proof of purchase under the bus.

Not FX…few companies believe it’s the product not the owner that need support. FX stands behind their product.

I had a defective gauge and they sent me the wrong one as well! Then they sent me the wrong part entirely after letting them know they sent the wrong part the second time. They were very nice each time they sent the wrong parts. Mistakes will happen often of course. But to have mostly nice people making those mistakes is very unusual! They finally got it sorted which is great. I love FX USA.
