Now I just received a email saying they won't send me a new cocking block until I send the The NEW old one back !! As of right now I have 3 cocking blocks NONE OF WHICH WORK !!

The problem was in my installation,, Which if the tech would have 2 minute to call me, I could have gone out shooting on a perfect day !!

This thing about the trigger being pulled with the cocking handle open is new to me. I used to have a Marauder and that happened a couple times with no issue.
Is this something unique to older FX airguns ?

Newer guns ( like mine was one of the last before the M3) went with replaceable pins.. The cocking block is connected to the hammer so if fired with the cocking block open it slams that pin..

The replacement cocking block THAT I PAID FOR was missing the cocking lever pin. It is on it way back.. Also the defective block was not drilled through for the cocking lever pin.. I call FX and spoke to a very nice lady and she explained it was my screw-up so I purchased a new one.. The replacement one is the one I am a bit ticked off about since it took a week to get here.... But they just grab a package with the right number and send it..
If the tech would have called me, when this started, it would have taken 1 minute to figure out the problem and I would have been shooting 20 minutes later..
All they had to do is to inspect it before they sent it.. It was the days before Thanksgiving and was a short day for them..

this does not comply with the dream tact guns.....its happened to me a couple times with no problems.
i think i've did it with my mk2 crowns also.....no problems so far.
