Confirms my own experience with the WC .22 when it comes to accuracy and noice, but lower shot count due to the higher powered versions outside the UK market of course.

Can you take a full powered US version and tune it down to about 12fpe? The noise level of the Wildcat in that review is amazing. I'd like one for small pest birds in my small back yard, but i'd like to know that I can crank it back to 30fpe if ever needed.
