Fx Wireless chronograph

hi guys
Im having problems with my wireless chrony is not reading is connected to the phone and is unable to read the shoots.
Was working perfectly last when I get it back on May from local gun shop. I noticed it it was having problems reading, sometimes random skipping one shoot.
Sadly today is not reading nuts.
It looks like is the oldest generation anyway was wondering if is a way to reset or something.
Was thinking to contact Fx but I can’t find the receipt. Please help

You might try a fresh set of lithium batteries, or check for app updates, or completely shut down the app and reopen.
It's usually the batteries though.

You might try moving the chrony back a little. I was having the same problem and this fixed it. Maybe because the barrel is not as long as the shroud, but it works every time now.

I have an earlier model and have had issues with it. Fresh batteries help, but it still misses about 20% of my shots. For some pellet/airguns it misses more, making it almost unusable.

I see another member recommending lithium batteries, I'll have to try that because I'm very close to buying a new chronograph.

Wire it up so you can use external battery pack. Easy to use and you get a TON of time to use the chronograph.

I have had mine for a few years and have had nothing but great luck with it. Typically if it is missing shots it is something I did to set it up.

You sure can! If you open it up you are able to find pads inside for an external power pack. Just cannibalize an old USB cable and use that for your connector

just for curiosity what's settings are you using here ?

I have never touched any of those settings. Let me get mine in hand and I can take a look.

You can also check to see if the sensor inside is seated properly. The part plugs onto the board, and can become dislodged if dropped or handled roughly.

I did the same thing as woogie-man. some USB battery packs are too hot, but most will work fine.
