Buddy of mine has one in .177. He loves it but I have shot it and actually don't care for it. It is very hold sensitive. I have a gamo shadow in .177 and it's a attack driver. I would recommend a gamo if your getting a .177 but if you want a .22 the ruger impact ain't bad at all. I would also recommend getting a .22 cal just for the wind buck and the power behind it.
I had a Gamo Whisper Fusion IGT, I did not like it. I did manage to get a couple doves and squirrel at 50 yards, but my normal target shooting was not great with that gun. Hold sensitive and fussy. It's a different gun but pretty close.
