Gamo Gamo Urban POI shift fixes?

Ok so I have a Urban that I have had for a few years now and is a great shooter, only issue I have other than ergonomics is the POI shift when the barrel is bumped. I have tried everything but the slightest bump on the muzzle will shift the poi. It is to the point I have only taken it hunting 1 time and was so pissed off at it that I put it away and bought a M-ROD then a P-ROD and most recently a Notos. I would love to get this issue fixed so I can give it to my dad for garden raiders. I have cut the barrel band off and the poi shift is still there but not as bad as with the band. 1in left or right instead of 2in. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I have been thinking about having a machine shop CNC a band for me that actually holds everything straight. Is there anything else I can try?

Yes I have checked the grub screw, I have tried everything from wrapping the barrel to the air tube with athletic tape, to my most recent try, using a D-seal (for a RV slide seal) with the top cut off to try to stabilize the barrel from the block to the end of the air tube. Just running it through some brush will send it off. After about 5 shots it will be back to where I zero is.

I do not think any of those things will be helpful. My two Urban rifles are solid on POI with the barrel bands removed.

Are you sure the scope or mount is not moving?

Are there not two grub screws under the action for the barrel?

Is the pickle damaged (I removed mine)?

Are the action screws tight to the air tube?

Yeah none of those worked lol! Scope/mount are secure. There are 2 grub screws and are tight. The pickle is undamaged(how did you remove it? Did you add something else?) And the action screws are tight. Whichever way the barrel is bumped is the way POI shifts. I'm not talking a good smack just a bump will send it off in whichever direction.

I sawed off the majority (with a hack saw) proud of the muzzle and then took a propane torch and burned the darn remainder off. Wore heavy welding gloves and just yanked the smoldering POC off. The carbon fiber is bonded on but is just decorative. The adapter was found on eBay, the suppressor is from @OC_ here on AGN. The barrel must be removed from the receiver to use a torch. It will get warm. YRMV. I hated the pickle and took both of them off my rifles.

You say you checked the grub screw, to clarify which screw did you check is snug? I have 4 Gamo/BSA pcps and all of them are dead nutz with the barrel band removed. But there is a chance that the 2 screws that hold the barrel to the breech block have worked loose. You have to separate the top of the action from the air reservoir to check them. On mine I chose to align the barrel port by hand with the transfer port and the pellet probe to gain a few extra fps.
