Gamo Gamo Vapor 10x variable pumper for May 2025?

I just copy/pasted the blurb below from the Gamo website. The Vapor 10x sure isn't pretty, but if the release is for real, it will be a new variable pumper available those that enjoy the type. I'm on the waitlist. :)

Here's the partial advertisement copied from the Gamo website:

The Gamo Vapor .177 is the first variable power rifle to incorporate a 10-round rotary magazine; eliminating the need to load a pellet after each shot. Additionally, the Vapor 10X generates astonishing power. Capable of sending a pellet downrange at up to 1100 fps. Two 10-shot magazines included.

I contacted the good folks at Gamo and asked if there were any plans to release a .22 caliber version of the Vapor 10X in addition to the .177 rifle, but unfortunately, the answer was no. Maybe if sales of the new air rifle are very good on release and other folks express an interest in a .22 variant, well... maybe plans could change. Actually, as things now stand, I probably should count myself lucky if the rifle as descrbed is released when planned. To me, it doesn't really seem like 'the industry' puts a whole lot of emphasis on regularly releasing new, better quality variable pumpers, at least in relation to the other types (PCPs, springers and gas piston breakers in particular), so I guess I'll take what I can get. Since that's my favorite type, I consider that a shame, since once a hobbyist (me included) has acquired the maybe ten or twelve decent quality variable pump pneumatics now available, that's basically all she wrote.
