Help! Does anyone know the dimensions of the original Gauntlet .22 cal barrel spring; the spring between the air stripper and the internal baffle? Mine has been misplaced during a barrel cleaning session and now the POI keeps moving. Any suppliers would be a big help as well. Thanks in advance.

Obviously you could call Umarex and order one but you really don't need to. There is no "magic" dimension to the spring. Take your baffles, or baffle, and measure the outside diameter and figure out the approximate length you need and go to any hardware store and buy one. The springs purpose is just to hold the baffle, or baffle stack, in place. You can try a stiffer spring too, or try removing baffles and using more spring. People experiment with this stuff all the time. If your poi is shifting make sure the air stripper is on correctly and not cracked and that it fits snuggly. A lot of airstrppers came cracked from the factory and had the wrong size o-rings on them originally; Hajimoto made solutions and came to fame around here because of this. Better still, order an air stripper from Hajimoto, he makes his own and also sells DonnyFL's aluminum one. Good luck!

Go to Ace Hardware, Like PumaCarl said, match it up to the baffle out diameter, the original is 11/16" x 1 1/4" x .055", get some thing as close to this size, it will work.
