Tuning Gauntlet Gen 1, popped rupture disk

So I bought a Gauntlet on one of the fall sales. I was reading up on it, mostly Hajimoto videos and did a little adjustment, new short shroud/mod adapter and cleaned up the hammer and tube. Then, I attempted to pressurize it for the first time and it popped one of the rupture disks, one on the gun side of the neck, somewhere around 1500 psi. Annoying on a refurb gun on the first pressurization. I guess I’ll be trying to figure out what to do from here. Replacement bottles cost as much or more than the rifle.

if it blows the disk again, you're going to need to test the output pressure, and I have a spare bottle with regulator, it's for a .25 cal, I swapped it out with a 500cc Carbon bottle, PM me if you need a new Bottle,

Thanks for the offer, the 25 and the 22 I have different regulator settings, quite a ways apart.

I had both .22 and .25 but the .22 I took apart and lost the output valve stem, It dropped and disappeared into the Void of no return.... DOH

Well, the replacement rupture disk also popped on the way up. I also discovered the barrel grub screws loose, and one had been tightened on until it cracked. The wrench just slips in it now. I haven’t managed to pressurize much less shoot this thing and keep finding things wrong. I found a larger bottle with a reg, on sale at expert hpa, so I ordered that, now to track down grub screws and see what else is wrong with the thing…
