Triad of the best under $100 AG's: Crosman 2400, Crosman 13xx ().177 or 0.22), and the P-17. Trigger as good as Rekord.
I would petition the courts to add the QB78/79 in that list.

I was thinking pistols but fair enuf. It's $99.99 on sale at AoA so technically under $100. Looks like a nice little rifle.I would petition the courts to add the QB78/79 in that list.
Them are some good groups there!! That'll get r doneIt was shooting great with just the “iron” sights, but I added a spring loaded dovetail to picatinny adapter rail $11 and a cheap CV Life red dot $20.
I’ve only used JSB 7.33s in it to date, because it shoots them so well!

Your adapter rail and red dot inspired a purchase (well... it didn't take much). It's a great solution for being able to aim easily with an astigmatism. It also answered the question if it was me or the gun that was so inconsistent using open sights. It was me.It was shooting great with just the “iron” sights, but I added a spring loaded dovetail to picatinny adapter rail $11 and a cheap CV Life red dot $20.

I did the same. Had to wear a light glove when shooting it a lot to avoid sharp edge discomfort. My P17 arrived via FedEx yesterday. It's a hoot and a half for what it is.
It seems to like Superdomes best of the pellets I have on hand. So far the only tweak has been sanding the rail with 600 grit paper to knock off the sharp edges.
