Tuning Getting a barrel blank milled for an airforce gun

Can anyone here walk my through the process of getting a barrel of my choice machined to fit an airforce gun? I was thinking of getting a higher twist unchoked .25 barrel (if available) from TJ's for example, but then what? Are there folks here who do this kind of machine work? Any sense of cost?

I was goingbto have a friend if mine who is a gunsmith do one for me in 223 . he didn't seem to think it would be a big deal .

I'm trying get a Huben K1 rebarrelled to .177, Kelly Schmidt told me it would be in the neighborhood of $250.

Thanks shambozzle. I contacted them. They have barrels but they don't adapt them to different guns. what I need is to find a way to get one whittled down to work with the Air Force mechanism, but I am beginning to think this will not be as easy as I'd hoped.

Roy at Mountain Air has TJ's barrels for AF guns. He made a 24 inch LW for a Marauder for me and it fit like glove.
