I just did the same with an old RWS 34.I tuned 2 of them out of the box last year. The barrel takes about 5 seconds to bend up level.
I don't have a vice either, but there is a forked tree in the front yard. Don't bend too much, it would be hard to go the other way.Well I'm sure it's easy but I don't have a vise to do something like that. I honestly like the looks of the hunter with the sling swivels in 177.
Another one to consider and posted on Airgun Warriors classifieds. Bit rough Beeman R1 .20. He's asking $600 plus shipping but factor in that the period correct Beeman SS2 scope and 1 piece mount is included and alone sell anywhere from $250-$300+ on auction sites. He's also including an original Beeman Pell Seater which sell around the $50 mark, so even if you didn't want them, you could recoup some of your money selling them later on.I would love a good 20cal but they are like hens teeth.
I use the fork in my shootin shade tree right beside my bench.I don't have a vice either, but there is a forked tree in the front yard. Don't bend too much, it would be hard to go the other way.
+1. I might expect that kind of thing on a low priced Chinese or Turkish gun, but if I'm spending $400 or more on a rifle they ought to at least make sure the barrel and the dovetails line up.if i got a drooping barrel gun i would keep sending it back under warrantee till i got a good one .
Yeah, I'm not going to go through that effort when it should come that way+1. I might expect that kind of thing on a low priced Chinese or Turkish gun, but if I'm spending $400 or more on a rifle they ought to at least make sure the barrel and the dovetails line up.
Where are the rules posted and I didn't say i was actively selling it I responded to someone who said they haven't been able to find own that's absolutely ridiculous.I would recommend that you post it in the classified. The forum has a few rules that you need to get under control first though.
The rx2-20 is a great rifle for squirrel hunting. Heck all 3 you listed are great rifles.I just got a hw 97k in 20cal blue laminate. Also, just did some trading for a RX2 in 20cal and a 98 in 177.
Yeah it's the laminated stock in the rx. I have my old Benjamin pump and just order the fill adaptor from best fittings so I can tune it. Now to get some scopes for them. The rx2-20 is a great rifle for squirrel hunting. Heck all 3 you listed are great rifles.
A good compressor and two air tanks can solve the issue … I also believe in quality products with excellent warranty like Brocock or Daystate !Well, I have been into pcp for a little over a year now and my second compressor is going on the frits. I have way too many PCPs I think so I'm going to thin the heard and just have 3. I have always had springers, piston or gas rams.
I am wanting to get one for a dedicated hunting gun in 22. I have asked this before but best bang for the buck? What about a 95/r9, Diana 350, or a good gas ram? I sold my lefty tx200 and all I have is a 54 in 177 setup for FT and an old Remington npss in 22. Slings are nice and weight about 10lbs with scope. Sorry if I keep asking but this pcp game is getting to be a pain in the arse!

Alkin or Bauer! The Airguns are not the problem. This is my 3rd compressor and this has less than 2hrs on it
I've slowly reduced my pcps. I've got 4 left now.A good compressor and two air tanks can solve the issue … I also believe in quality products with excellent warranty like Brocock or Daystate !
I really cannot afford the price of all the gear. I suppose once one is all "geared up", it isn't so bad after that, but the price for a top tier compressor is just more than I can spend.Well, I have been into pcp for a little over a year now and my second compressor is going on the frits.
