Brocock/BRK Ghost hp cannot be fixed

you know i bought this brand new its 3 months old been back 4 times just shot 20 rounds on the 21
clunk psssst locked trigger and dumper every ounce of air out the barrel to the point it had frost on the gun.
called the dealer showed him my frosty ghost he was speechless, felt horrible and said just ship it back for a full refund.
wow he said, I've never had such a patient customer, you never complained i said nope time will tell.
I'm looking at a drs tactical pro 600mm 25 Cal which he said is not available as of right now
he also said you may want to wait for the leopard its due about the same time and will have them.
so now i have some time to think, this was more of a let down more than anything.
its also the only 22 i have all the rest are 25.

So to simply understand, you sent it back, once a month for three months? The fourth time being the final return? Because ”clunk psssst locked trigger and dumper every ounce of air out the barrel to the point it had frost on the gun.” What were the reasons for the prior three returns? You only shot 20 rounds through your Ghost? In three months…? 🙄

He said he just shot 20 shots and on the 21st ”clunk psssst locked trigger and dumper every ounce of air out the barrel to the point it had frost on the gun.” Not that he has only shot it 21 times in the last 3 months.

Alrighty then, 20 shots on the 21st of the 3rd month? Which prompted his fourth and final return? What happened the three other times he had to return his unfixable Ghost…?

I'm curious about that as well. I was just clarifying what he said in regards to the last time.

The OP hasn’t bothered to chime back in… I will continue to give him the benefit of doubt, until he proves otherwise. So far no bueno… I was nonchalantly plinking tin cans at 102 yards today with my Ghost Carbine XR. Sending JSB Exact Jumbo 18.13s, 17 MOA of holdover. Yes, I miss, but once I get the wind doped, hit, hit, miss, hits, etc…🤓 This all in good plinking fun, but from 60 yards and in? Any pest critter up to woodchuck size is in serious trouble…

He put up this about his Ghost issues in an earlier post (#24 in the thread). Maybe not definitive but something more nonetheless. FWIW piling on the ridicule isn’t going to encourage him to reply and explain further.

That stock looks sick. Do you know the weight delta vs factory? I’m lazy and won’t look it up right now.

There is a rule on this forum that is not published. You can crap talk any gun out there EXCEPT a BRK. Do it and watch what happens. The ”BRK hall monitors” will bully you into submission.

This response is all in fun… With all due respect why “crap talk” any gun…? Legitimate complaints on any brand, are just that, legitimate…Why turn this into a “bash any brand but a BRK” non issue…? Who are these “bullies”?🙈 Heck simply call them out… Where did you read this unpublished rule on not bashing BRKs? The OP did not convey clearly what his host of issues were. Hence the honest confusion and maybe, slight over reaction by some? @Richely, posted a link to the OPs other issues which clarified it nicely…🙏
