Brocock/BRK Ghost mod for Benchrest shooting

I recently got a Ghost 30 and struggled with a rear bag support on the rear so I made a bag rider from 1” diameter solid nylon round bar stock. Drilled and tapped a 1/4”-20 hole in the end and bolted it to my stock. Works great off of a squeeze or bunny ear bag or one piece rest.

I also added a Huma extended pic rail on the front and mounted a 3/4” x 3” x 3” nylon block to use on a roller top one piece rest.

Where did you buy the Huma extended picatinny rail? Can't find any U.S. retailers for it. Did you have to order it from the Netherlands?

@KodiakJac Direct from Huma. I am in Ohio and it was DELIVERED in THREE days! Truly amazing service from Huma!!! I ordered a regulator from them on a different date and same 3 day delivery.

Nice mods! I too find the Impact/Ghost style buttstocks difficult to shoot. I tried a Sabre Tactical bag rider but as I am a bag squeezer(!), that didn’t work very well as the “rider” hung-up in the bags and played hell with my attempted elevation changes. So off to the mill I went and this is what I came up with. It works great!

@Zebra13 Does the Saber Tactical Impact Bag Rider fit the Ghost without need for modification? If so, do you need the FX Impact Bag Rider Adapter for the grip?
