Give credit where credit is due

Last Monday, I blew a breech o-ring in my Daystate Wolverine OUCH! Not knowing at the time of other sources of the o-ring I needed, I called AOA from where the gun was purchased in 2017. On the second ring, Rich in sales & service, answered the phone. I explained to him that I needed a breech O-ring and what size did I need. He asked if I had purchased the gun from AOA. I advised that it had originally been purchased from them ,but that I was the second owner. He then asked my name and address and that he would send me several at no charge. I received them Saturday. The worst part of this whole experience, was getting that bugger in the barrel! Given the somewhat negative feedback some of our main vendors have received lately , I felt an "Atta Boy " was in order. Also, while I am at it, thanks to all of you who gave me tips on how to get that damn o-ring installed. Especially the one's about a lot of patience and that fifth of bourbon! I used up a lot of both!!
