No interest in .177. GK1 had my interest because of compactness and sbr possibilities. After trying the K1, I just don't like the fixed mag and pellet/slug picky. As far as semi-auto, if its like the K1 ... great shot count, power, and fun factor. .22 is my favorite, but dabbled or dabbling in .25 and now .30. If I could send a cannon ball at a sparrow without breaking the bank account, I would. Seeing and hearing the energy transfer with anything heavier in any caliber is a treat for me. I've read tons of positives on the GK1 so worth a try and buy in whatever caliber floats your boat. Get one if you can.

Have the deposit at new England Airguns it non refundable if I don't buy from them. I went ahead and bought a .177 @ KRAZ Cool today! Oh well lol!
Perhaps New England Airguns can apply that to a future purchase? I am not sure how that works. I have never heard a disparaging word about them.

I recently purchased some stuff from @krazcool and received super fast service and shipping so you have that going for you.😀

I'd like to see what they do with the NSA 20.5 grain weight slugs. This would be a sweet little hunter in a mini carbine configuration if they were consistently shooting moa or better, and pushes a whole magazine of shots around 960 fps.

Saludos.

I am going to wait for the short version of the 177, I just thought I needed a high power 22 pistol, I lowered the power of my GKi 22 to 500 FPS shooting the GTO pellets , I get a lot of shots on one 4500 psi fill a LOT, Nope have not counted yet,
Mike
I'm going with the short conversion kit for my .25 and probably some 6 moa red dot. I'll holster it and carry it out front while working in the yard.
I have a neighbor that has some untrustworthy dogs.

Have you considered pepper spray or something for the dogs? I have been down that road with a neighbor before and he was insane. He let his dogs roam my property and he had chickens grazing everywhere. One chicken got into my backyard and my terrior killed. Guy was always trying take poop from 0-100 in about a second. I thought there woupd come a time we would get into a shootout so we finally moved. Just isn't worth the hassle of idiots like that.

2 adult seniors have been killed here in San Antonio by owners opening their gates and letting these killers loose on the public. Absolutely Not

I've been on the other end lived in the country on 10 aces used to turn my guard dogs out at night. An huge oooops. They killed 3 of my neighbors sheep.
They both were destroyed.
i know the feeling.....years ago we had a miniature Jack Russel and boy he was an amazing, truly awesome dog !!
but the neighbors pet ferret got loose and came into our yard. and you know the rest of the story.
judicial system ordered him down. we all were heart broken.
there was a leash law for dogs outside and not one for the ferret.
the best lawyer money could buy couldn't win the case. 😞

sorry OP for the HiJack

Leash law in your own yard? Sounds like you need to move
