Huben GK1 on Helium

Those are some impressive numbers. How certain are you they are real? What caliber is your GK1? I am assuming .25. Lastly, why are you refilling with Helium? Helium is a lot more expensive than air and other than being dry, offer no other advantage. I use the FSB 25.4 gr pellet and limit my speed to 720 FPS because that allows a uniform speed for a whole magazine (17). After one magazine, my gun pressure has dropped from 300 bar to 220 bar. I then recharge the gun back to 300 bar.
I think you’re confusing helium for nitrogen. Helium has been used for decades in PCPs (mainly big bores), netting around a 30% increase in power.

Congrats on the GK1 record! Which I’m sure you will beat later with heavier ammo. I recall someone shooting 90fpe with a 34g JSB on air at 360bar. Slightly higher than any of the slugs he tried due to less friction.
Well you were certainly right. I'm not sure exactly what is figuring in to it but I used a 36g AVS dish base hollow point, which I would have thought would have more friction than the pellet I used last time, not to mention the extra weight. I suppose the added friction/weight could give slug more time to build up pressure behind the slug and then sling shot it faster? IDK but the first full power shot was even a bit faster than the pellet, which at 1378fps = 151.83 ft/lb
I made a 2 minute video for comparing sound again so only made two shots, and I rambled a bit the first minute so I apologize but you can see the chrony in the video. The sound was actually louder with the suppressor on, probably just within the normal fluctuation of readings. I'm guessing that since the suppressor was made for a .25, that is the main reason it itspretty much useless on this .22 GK1.

After listening to the sound levels on both my phone that recorded it and my computer, it does not give a good comparison sound wise. There must be a sound level limiter built into the phone so keep from damaging the speakers when re played is all I can think. I had on headphones for protection and I could tell it was loud. Plus knowing from past shots outside. The only real indicator is the sound meter and it didn't give a good indication either. One indicator is the ringing heard after the first shot, I don't know what was ringing but the energy release is responsible, must have been something close. Not so much a ringing maybe a vibration, like a spring of some sort that you can't hear with the suppressor on, so it did do something.
