Glad I live way out in the country

The gun doesn’t have bad eye sight.
The gun doesn’t have a heart beat.
It doesn’t breath.
It doesn’t have finger squeeze problems.
And it doesn’t have arthritis among other things.
Good luck Crow
Hello Crow,

Oh you are so right on all points, 👍 .

Hello beerthief,

Well I have been thinking about having a print shop print my targets on MUCH larger paper and scale to the new paper size

maybe on a roll , like very large and stiff bathroom paper ? I tried to have KYL targets printed on a roll but minimum order thing got in the way

MY calculations would be for your 8x8 target paper( that is 8.5 x 11 ) would be 17 inch X 23 inch for 100 yard target . the center 10 rings for .177 would be 3/4 inch ? the 4 corner rings would be 5 inches ?

Hello beerthief,

I was hoping that you meant 8-foot by 8-foot and the center ring 3/4-foot 👍 ;)(y)

Have a great weekend,

Had one of those days yesterday Thomas. Not terrible, but not really in sync either. The gun deserved better. Then I remembered I could just walk outside and try to do better tomorrow ;) . Made me feel better
Hello cjtamu,

I have everything ready and set up so I will be back at it in the morning and a bunch of clean targets.

Have a great day,

Hello everyone,

Well a new day and boy what a difference in my paper target shooting. Don’t know what the heck I was doing yesterday but I hope that does not happen again. This first photo is my test target to warm up shooting and that is 15 rounds from 30-yards. You can see on the second photo not a single flier out of the 15 rounds. I followed this up by shooting a bunch of competition targets with almost all 10's with a few 9's on a couple of cards. What really puzzle me is that nothing felt any different today, so I have no idea what if any changes that I made.

Have a great weekend,
ThomasT

Hello everyone,

I am having to stop shooting for today because it is just too hot. At 1:10pm it is 99 degrees F and the feels like temperature is 108 degrees F. It is also hard for me to see the target at 50-yards because of the Heat Devils dancing off the ground.

After shooting pretty good on the 30-yard target I moved out to my 50-yard target and shot this practice target without making any adjustments to the scope, this is 3-shot groups at all five Rings. I just held the cross hairs one mark to the left after shooting that top left 10-Ring. I will try again in the morning when it is 20-plus degrees cooler.

Have a great weekend,
ThomasT
