Gladius comb issue

I recently purchased a Gladius .25 Long and mounted a Optima 4-16x44E-SFT scope on medium height rings.
The comb interferes with my ability to get far enough to the right to view thru the scope. The only way I can view thru the scope is to remove the adjustable comb.

I’ve looked thru all the threads on the Gladius and see no posts related to this issue.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Many times combs need to push out laterally so you can achieve a straight eye box

Thank you all for your input and helping out a Newbee!
I ordered both a 1/2” & 3/4” UTG 13 slot rail riser, I’ll see what works best and return the other.
It was a more cost feasible solution rather than ordering taller rings.
They should be here Friday.
So in the meantime I’ll grab my Benelli Ultralight and take my British Black Lab out in the northern Wisconsin woods and chase some grouse.

On another note, the Gladius new out of the box, wouldn’t rotate the magazine when the gun was cocked.
I purchased it new thru Midway (for a heck of a deal, $530). It was their last one in stock.
I emailed Hatsan about the issue and had a RMA from them in two days. Shipped it out on a Friday and had it back in 8 days on Saturday.
They replaced the magazine advance arm and adjusted the trigger. All under warranty, no cost for parts, labor or shipping.
I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to jump thru hoops to get this done.

Again thank you all…what a great resource your site provides!!!
