We had a transaction last week with immediate shipping, so only one day to arrive. The product did not fit what I needed. I contacted Goldwing and received a reply within the hour. He was very apologetic and offered an immediate refund. All of this took place from 3/11 until today, 3/18. All happened rapidly, all is now good.

Highly recommend dealing with Goldwing anytime. Straightforward, fast replies, fast shipping and honest.
