Other Good .22 for slugs?

If repeater means semiautomatic, I just don’t think we’re there yet. If I wanted to buy a slug shooter today I’d be buying a AGT Vulcan 3 or Uragan 2.
In the Airgun world right now you can get a lot, but can’t ask for too many things in one gun.

The best thing that can check two of your boxes is a FX Impact, but be prepared to buy extra parts, barrels, and time tuning it. Or buy it from someone that will set it up for you.

No not semiautomatic, just not a single shot rifle. Any kind of repeater would do, as long as it handles slugs well. I'll look at the FX for sure!

I have a vault full of great pcps, but only three shoot slugs well. One is an FX Panthera 700mm - deadly powerful and accurate, but a beast of a gun. One is an FX King in .22. The third is a Uragan II purchased from Tony at Talon Tunes. about a 50 FPE rifle shooting the ZAN 30.5 gr slugs like a laser...Might be a good choice.

I'm just interested in a PCP in .22 that shoots slugs well. It seems like a rare quality in that caliber.
That’s because the majority purchase PCPs in .22 to shoot pellets, which they do exceptionally well sub 100 yards. The minority looks to shoot .22 slugs, maybe thats why its “rare” as it limits where you can deploy those slugs…

I’ve had good success with FX Hybrid slugs out of the following;
Zbroia Kozak FC 550
FX Crown 380mm and 600mm (w/carbon fiber sleeve)
FX M3 - eh, so so with slugs

Crown in 600mm easily put 5 shots in less that .4” outside diameter group with little to no wind.

I’m sure there are lots of guns that are capable of similar results. Lead weight, diameter are all factors. Lead softness also seems to play a factor, maybe it’s just in my head.

Hi guys I'm looking around for a .22 rifle or bullpup. I'd like one that handles slugs well, if possible. Secondary features I'm looking for are it being a repeater, and having a decent shot count. It's been a little difficult tracking down opinions on this. Are there any guns like this currently available that you would recommend?
Fx Impact, Kalibrgun Cricket 2 tactical 45, huben k1 2021 and newer models, fx dreamline, wildcat, taipan veteran shooting 254 sized slugs, edgun leshiy classic. Speaking from experience here, not just shouting things I've heard.

There are a good amount of guns on the market now that are designed around shooting slugs especially in .22 caliber. However, not sure if its been mentioned but just my 2cents here... I have found through research and implementation myself that .217 sized H&N slugs seem to work great in STX barrels in FX's. I did research before I landed on mine and for context I use an FX Crown with a 380mm STX barrel and shoot the 23g H&N slugs in .217 size. They are as accurate at 25y as they are at 115y, and I am only pushing them around 808fps. Rather than dishing out money for a brand new slug shooter, you could source a second hand FX and use an STX barrel or even swap out to slug liners and such and likely save a ton of coin in the process.

The FX Crown MK2 and the FX Panthera will both do a great job filling your need. They are excellent .22 caliber rifles that shoot slugs really well. I use the standard superior slug liner in my Crown MK2 with 24.8 grain slugs. In my Panthera I have the heavy superior slug liner and shoot 30 grain slugs. Both rifles have 600mm barrels.
The Crown MK 2 has been around long enough that it pops up on the classifieds every once in a while.

I have the Cricket 2 Tactical 45. I'll have to try some of the slugs I have laying around. Do you know if the gun requires any mods or a particular slug it liked?

No mods. It particularly likes the .216 and .2155 ammo. Nielsen makes .2155 17.5gr slugs those shot the best for me, and when I say shot the best for me I mean shot as good as pellets at 35yds, and consistently shot better than pellets all the way to 100yds. Dime sized groups at 80yds were not a problem, shooting them at 890fps. The 18.1gr fx where shooting the same speed, and the 15.89gr were shooting about 30-35fps faster.
