Good day with the new to me 22 HW95 Field Pro.

Finally getting to get to shoot this gun outdoors. I was initially disappointed with it. I might be to blame for that. I scrubbed and polished the barrel when I tuned it back in January or February. After shooting approximately 500 or 600 rounds through it the barrel is finally settling in. It's liking the FTTs.

So today while shooting groups a hapless G-hog ran out under the porch towards the target board. I got him clean DRT at 18 yards.

Then I shot this ten dimes target at 28 yards.

I'm glad to hear you got it shooting well. I also have an HW Field Pro in .22. I've had it for over seven years and really like it.
After the spring broke I installed an ARH spring and a Vortek piston seal. That made it an even better set up. My rifle does really well with the CPHP pellets which I'm glad because they are really cheap. For a scope I'm currently using a 3-9x32 Bug Buster.

Looks like my setup except the baby powder. And mine is 177. And I do have the 22 barrel as well

It's really humid here so I powder my hands. It helps a lot. The bags you see never touch the gun. I steady my left forearm on them.
I sweat so bad when the humidity turns on 😬 I’m not sure they make enough powder for me 🤣🤣 I’ve been known to move all my targets to winter positions An shoot out spare bedroom window ( in the AC ) I have spent many a cold winters afternoon shooting from that window (Saturday. Sunday )
