Talked to my son today as he gets ready to spend 3 months in the Chula Vista area working and hopefully doing some hunting shooting. OK the report thursday evening and friday good shooting and evening hunt skunked well a few like 10, can't remember the count but was over 250 pigeons that won't be eating cow food anymore. Saturday turned cold 47 and windy, really windy. Hold off at 25 yards was well off the bird and at longer range 6" to 8" made the hunt shall we say interesting. Said he and his GF shot from in the Dodge diesel and stayed warm. Oh someone asked what they are shooting, Brocock Bantom in .22 with Terminators with NightForce scopes and green light after dark.
