Happy daze. FX called yesterday. Said they had my maverick and would have it back in a week or so. I feel a lot better. Thanks FX.

I was thinking tied up in courts and a freeze on any and all operations till legal stuffs settled. ... Then there you sit ...lol

I received a voice message last week and same 1-2 weeks to be fixed. Phone number was from North Carolina.

Mine still has reg creep but Utah Airguns sent me a form and said send it with the gun so shipping not paid for anymore like fx USA

Well, it came home. Fixed? NO. So I figured all or nothing. If warranty is a problem ( after several trips it obviously is) I'll give it a shot. Pulled th he trigger works, hammer and springs, etc. Removed the burrs, polished and cleaned. Thru the 1st 100 rounds ,like new. Usually after a couple mags starts jamming. Weather allowing, I'll put a couple hundred thru her. Should be fairly sure by then.

I guess this ordeal is when you only got and keep one exclusive dealer/ distributor instead of several that compeat with each other or strive for your business..
