I purchased a Prochrono, digital link and a light kit last year in late November. Used it one time and put it away, everything worked great. About a month ago I got it out and the bluetooth wouldn't work. It showed up on my device and the green light on the adapter showed it was connected. So I called Competition Electronics customer service and was instructed to return the chrono and adapter. Eight days later I had it back, so today I set it up and shot four strings through it and everything worked as expected. According to the notes they replaced the 3.5mm jack that the adapter plugs into, which is what the customer rep told me it sounded like the problem was from my description when we spoke on the phone.
From time to time all companies have problems with their products, we don't necessarily like it but it's a fact of life. How they handle those problems is what defines them. I have no issues buying or recommending Competition Electronics products in the future.
