Just wanted give a shout out to the folks at AGD for their excellent customer service. I made a couple of recent purchases from AGD in the last few weeks, and having been away from the airgun world for a bit I was in need of some guidance. On both occasions I worked with Greg who spent a good bit of time walking me through the options and generally providing very helpful advice. On my second order there was a small glitch and the wrong part was shipped to me. I submitted an RMA request and got a response within the hour - the replacement part is coming via Fedex in 2 days. Both in terms of taking the time to talk through questions with a customer and responding quickly and aggressively to an issue these guys were top notch. A big high five to you guys at AGD (if you're reading this), in a retail world where customer service is often a grudging concession, you guys are a great example of how things should be done.
