Great service after the sale - AOA

Having only 2 hours on my brand new Hill EC3000 Evo compressor, I was taken by surprise when the so called "dump valve" was dumping at only 137 bar.
A quick email to AOA's service department and Shane responded in a timely manner.
The failure was something he hadn't seen before so he reached out to Hill. They responded a day later and provided a tutorial vid via Shane.
Following the video, I removed a few parts from the Stage 3 section and found the bullet valve had broken, causing the issue.

I took pics which I forwarded to Shane to pass on Hill per their request.
Hill's response was prompt...they were quite surprised at the failure of the bullet valve and the resulting "dieseling" that, if I understand correctly, was the result of the valve failing. Hill offered to send a complete stage 3 assembly for me to swap out.
Shane then proposed to send me the bullet valve right away so I could get my compressor up and running sooner while the cylinder and related parts were en route, which is very much appreciated as we are in the middle of tree rat season. (They relentlessly attack our birdfeeders every winter)

I've purchased the bulk of my airguns and accessories from AOA since 2011 and they have never let me down, consistently providing quality products and excellent service/support after the sale if needed.
Kudo's to Shane and the AOA service department as well as the tech suupport team at Hills. for their timely response and the pending resolution of my compressors' failure,
I will provide a followup post once all of the parts have been replaced per Hill's recommendations.
