I pulled all of them out,they look OK to me but I will replace them.

No need to replace if they are not blown/disfigured. Just clean out the port and re-install.

I pulled my tank out and used the pump and the tank hose to fill to 4500 yesterday. So, the problem has to be in the other fill hose with those O-rings. I ordered new and will replace.

I ordered cs 2mm x id 6mm Orings. Greased them up and installed. I filled up 3 guns in a row problem seems to have been solved.
