I counted 18 also. But if you look the brick had already been shot once with what looks the same as the subsequent pellets / slugs that broke it. 

Is Haji muddying up the clues? Did he actually fire 19 shots in total?

Well boys and girls and children of all ages...... Those that guess Huben are right!
