GX CS3 Preventive Maintenance that users recommend?

While my GX CS3i has the Amazon Extended Warranty, I would prefer to keep this little jewel running, without going through any warranty hassles.
Can any users recommend the areas needing cleaned, lubricated or replaced at intervals that will lengthen its lifespan, along with the type of material that you have used?

Every few months
1) take out the check valve in the bottom and clean it and the seat
2) remove the cylinder head and the top of the piston and remove the ring and lube the cyl wall with a small smear of grease and reassemble
3) change cotton filters on inlet and outlet (may need done more often if moisture is a problem)
4) pull the plug that reveals the wrist pin and inspect. If needed pull the pin and regrease

That's really about all I do to mine. I'm thinking, probably next summer, I'll pull the cyl assembly apart and regrease everything. My guess is, that if you keep up with the maintenance, these should last quite a long time.
