Can you see anywhere who is the manufacturer?

The only marking I saw on it was the head is stamped with GX-22-CS4-A-0120.

Manual on Omega trail charger says gx-cs4

It does look a lot like an Omega. That's interesting, but an Omega is $300 - $400 more and has a shorter run time per the manual.

I know people are using Antifreeze in the Omega.. Does this thing use it as well? Looks like they only want distilled water running?

Manual says you can use either. I'm using distilled with Redline Water Wetter.

Distilled water and water wetter cools better than antifreeze. This looks like it has the grease pot like the trail charger.

I use water wetter in my Davv Yong type compressor with 10 degrees cooler running..

Any antifreez with ph of 7. I'm using Dexcool, orange stuff.. You need to run distilled water first and clean the bits out of the cooling system though.. Only takes a few minutes of running it to get them out.

Just saw that this morning. Wonder how it’ll hold up?! Looks good and promising and maybe some user feedback will be provided in the coming weeks!

I like their GX CS3 model.

I have one. Will fill a 6.8 L SCBA TANK. as well as any pcp. Well made and quiet. Highly recommend! Really does pump.to 5800 psi!

First post for me and figured I’d share my initial thoughts being I just got the CS4. Filled my 6.8 liter tank from empty to 300bar in 3 hours 21 minutes. Tops off my 215cc gun in a couple of minutes. Relatively quiet and barely got warm at room temperature on the 3 plus hour continuous run. Fan blows pretty strong with the warm air blowing out. If it can do this 50 times, it will pay for itself and then some. I have nothing to compare it with, but looks pretty well put together. Gauge was spot on as well. Perfect for me if it lasts.

My experience with it almost exactly. Its an amazing compressor priced even more amazing for what it can do !

I tried it initially and it doesn't make a difference. Ended up going with what I had a gallon of and still staying as cool.

You mean like auto antifreeze? I have some orange dex antifreeze from my RAM left over

Yes indeed. Just make sure it's 50/50. If not, only use distilled for the other 50%.

Great thanks for the replies I know I need to flush out the system also... Hopefully I have enough antifreeze to flush and fill
