Blew burst disk #2 tonight. I better order more of the things! I used it 4 time and blew 2 I guess Ill have to email those guys

That is odd, what pressure are you filling to? I wonder if they did include the wrong burst disks or if something else is going on. Keep us posted.

Good to hear they responded pretty quickly! I would not think it would have anything to do with the filter you added. Did you add more grease? I know the manual says to add it after 4-6 hours of run time and I'm no where near that yet...

No I have not this is only the 3rd or 4th time I used it. I’m hoping this is the problem because other than this this thing works great. I wonder where I could buy more disk? Any one know

The disks are available from Ebay, Amazon and AliExpress, the problem is most say for the YH compressor, but they don't provide an actual pressure rating for the disks. The YH is only rated up to 4500 psi, not 5800 psi like the CS4.

I ordered some for a YH last night to try but they are 7mm and the ones in the CS4 are almost 7.5mm as far as the 4500 rating the stock disk are blowing at 3800 psi so I would be thrilled with 4500

So, I read that the CS4 is ideal for the customer who fills a lot of larger tanks, but Aaron Cantrell said something very wise, as he usually does. He just lost his Yong Heng blue box after 5 years of use. He said some people read that it's rated for 4500 PSI and try to fill the entire tank and it fails. He said most cars have a speedometer that goes to 120, but imagine driving your car to the MAX daily and see how long it will last you. That was a good pitch ! So, having more power than you need is good.

6 hours on the GX so far.. Turned the pot at 4 and still going strong.. I have many more hours on other compressors, but one was a warranty failure right away long before 6 hours (Benjamin) It was replaced and has been good ever since but for this one? . So, so far, so good. Plus the Huben gets a little more to eat.

So, if you're not supposed to go above 4500 psi, why is it advertised as a 400 BAR Compressor? I'm thinking they have the loose screw! 
I'd just run the crap out of it, you have a 1 year warranty, if it fails, they can send you another one!
