GX cs4 cs4-i duty cycle update from Manufacturer

I should have but didn't. I just dumped the water, removed the case and mostly took apart the cylinder. It's tricky as there are 4 screws on the bottom part near the crank that need to be removed and are also tricky to line back up when re-assembling

I don't know if he ever blead out the factory one, if not, high temps would definitely occur.

You can actually feel the air blowing out warmer at the bottom and cooler at the top when there is air trapped in the radiator.

Mine never actually over heated, but it was definitely riding the ridge. I for sure burped all the air out. I have used it quite a bit since I added the external radiator and fan. Filled an empty 30 minute scba tank to 4500 psi and topped off another from 2700. And topped off a 3000 psi scuba tank from 2200 psi. No breaks, I didn't pay attention to how long it took,but it was hours and the temp never got out of 90s°f. So far so good.
