Gx CS4 I Moisture and filters

Been thinking about purchasing a GX CS4 I. I see some folks are using some inline filters and perhaps water separators on their unit. I see from comments that it can take an extra 5 minutes just to bring the inline filters to pressure to begin the fill. I am wondering if your using the CS4 I just to fill straight to the gun, - it is usually a quick fill for even a 480cc bottle on an fx Crown. In a short 480cc bottle fill do you still get some moisture ? If so, then perhaps it is worth working the compressor harder with more run time and spending the extra dollars for the inline filters? I assume the longer the compressor run the more moisture buildup you get? Would appreciate any of your comments and advice. Thanks , KB

My unit is the JTS which is the exact same unit as the GX CS3 and I only fill my guns......My largest bottle is the 480cc and after fill, I could stick my tongue on the exhaust.
The more heat made, the more moisture will be created.

Some/most folks luv to modify and fill large bottles.

I don't worry about it for my uses!
so I guess you mean your not having any moisture problems when filling your 480cc bottle gun? And you are not using any inline filters? and thanks for your comments, I appreciate it!

Moisture comes out of the pressurized air due to the pressure. Higher temperature helps it hold air. But only until the air cools. But more filtration may be important for longer run times especially with high ambient humidity because the stock filter may get overloaded and stop blocking the moisture. I sometimes squeeze the small stock filter of my Yong Heng as I change it. I expect some drops of moisture in the summer but not the winter. But I still use an extra filter.
