Nice- clean. Do you know if there a way not to drain all the air in the filter when releasing the line ?

There are valves at both ends of the filter.
Mine should arrive Monday and I'll have a better hands on approach at answering questions of exactly how they will function.

I'm running a coalescing type filter now on my EK-5. The new one will be far more portable for travel on the cs4. The size and magnets will be handy I think.
My delivery date is May 1 - May 5

Totally different design than the big gold filters. The PMV is what makes the sieve work properly...

Ok wait ….yours is the Joe brancata version right ?? I was confused. I actually think I’m going to cancel my order for the gx one as I’m not sure it comes apart or if you have to buy their proprietary cartridges. If you have to buy pre made cartridges I’m not sure I want it as the cartridges aren’t even available yet. Who knows the cost. Def not jumping in headfirst on this yet.

It takes about a 1/4 cup to refill the cartridge. I change it once a year. After like 10 hours...
