I posted in a thread about the quality of pellets and slugs a while back saying that I had bought several tins of H&N 22 cal slugs that had a several chunks of lead in them that were not slugs.
H&N reached out to me via PM and offered to replace the tins. I turned down the offer because it was not really necessary but appreciated the gesture.
They then asked that I send them a picture of the tin label, which I did. They followed up by inspecting a retention sample of the batch and found the issue and messaged me back letting me know what they found.
This kind of response to a customer making a public statement about quality really impressed me.
They could have shined it on but chose to address it and let me know what they found and why it happened.
I will continue to buy their products with confidence.
