I shot one round and now for some reason I cannot get the rifle to push forward a slug. Very strange. I would also like to know what thread they use on the pressure gauge? TIA.

HAMMER "loading slug"? I've never seen a gun where the hammer is what loads the slug. Probe, yes but hammer no. You might want to mention what gun you're having trouble with. Information is king when asking for help.

Check there sizing ? First dlug left lead smeared and causes the next not to go in ?

First inspect the chamber carefully. More that one projectile in the chamber will effect things like loading and shooting. If one is partially blocking the transfer port it won't shoot or load another round. If the bore is clear, try a different slug as suggested above. I tried loading an oversized slug last night as a matter of fact.

Also it shoots from / through the clip ? From a review so check the loading / indexing of the 2ed shot .

"It fact, the bolt handle needs to be pushed all the way forward with a fair amount of force to ensure that it’s correctly engaged. Once we understood that, the gun worked correctly."

Seems a stout gun and they kinda liked it .. maybe it's just tight new and once broken in some loosened up it will work as expected.
