That is pretty darn cool … like you … I never thought a CO2 gun would give results like that at 35 yds. Amazing!

those who own the 850 have know these fact for a long time and with the rise of PCP they are a forgot rifle

they even at one point had there very own forum, it's still there but not in working order

if people want a LW barrel for a pistol project or other buy a 850 barrel and rework it for you needs, they have a 15mm OD

Great review and I still shoot my Hammerli 850 Air Magnum from time to time. Had it modified a few times through the 850 store from bulk C02 to an HPA conversion. The 850 was my 'gateway' airgun

Have you ever done any chronograph testing on the rifle ? Nice video !

I didn't do a "shot string" but I did some testing on the Chrono. It looks like it shoots 18gr JSB at 530 FPS and 14gr JSB at 605 FPS. 

I'd love to have a PCP converted one. Funny you never see those for sale on the Forums...guess no one wants to sell theirs.

The 850Store looks like its not selling stuff anymore but Roald left this message on the site: 

For those needing better Hammer springs:
Call Umarex directly and order the hammer spring for the Dominator 1250
It will overcome valve lock and also work on HPA for regulators set to around 1700psi

For 9oz Conversions:
Call Dennis at 937-660-9152 and order the 850 to 9oz adapter directly from him.
9oz tanks can be bought on e-bay for good prices, shop around.
