Not bad .. comming up with soft jaw ideas is a must on some things.. copper tubing works making them as well , gluing on rubber or leather pads ,ect

This is my spring compressor. I can make up any adapter I need in a few minutes out of scraps or new stock. I like to have the cylinder vertical.

This close to what I use, they don’t offer my exact kit anymore. Mines like this but without the adjustable limiter. I carry a 18”,20”,30”,55” and 65” pound limiters along with all the attachments. It’s always in my match bag when I shoot Rimfire and centerfire matches.

Well just snapped another T15 . Ive tried several and its snap it cause the metal it too hard and crystalized or too soft and twists them off in like a sprial.lol
Of course i blame my " buddy" for releaving me of that husky toque driver .. i bet this latest one did not make 20 screw jobs and bit the dust.. amazing.

A Chapman Engineering hollow ground bit set and, roast away if you like, but an Air Venturi Rail Lock spring compressor. I know many aren't fans but I haven't found a rifle yet I couldn't easily get apart with one.

Ya, that's going to big town items then im too fuzzy brained if and when i go i never think of these little things when im there. Heck i cant even remember to write up a list or evrn remember to take the list with me when i go.. im just doomed to suffer i guess.

These Ofna hexes. I bought these more than 20 years ago when I bought my first 1/8 buggy since the all the 1/8 were metric. They‘re 1/4” drive so they fit nicely into a Fatwrench. As well as a 3V driver which is nice for RC cars and other applications. I have a MIP set in Imperial sizes that’s also top notch.

Im going to try the commercial impact driver t15 bits next. What else is funny thinking the t15's seem the only ones i seem to break. Youd think the other sizes would be equal?? Nope.

A set of gun screw driver bits is certainly the most important tool(s) to start with. I recently bought an R9 on the classifieds here. Really a beautiful gun that had been well taken care of. Unfortunately the previous owner had used a set of utility drawer screw drivers when doing a tune and had bunged up the screws. Really too bad considering how nice the rifle is overall.
I have a couple additions to what has come before.
A set of strong probes has proved so useful in the shop for many types of project. I used a hooked one to reinstall a tiny spring in a Rekord trigger recently. I've tried to give some sense of scale, these are about 9 inches overall.
A set of pin punches is pretty much indispensable to me when working on airguns. These I got recently and I like them pretty well so far. I also use a set of pin punches made for rolled pins on occasion too.
This last one has nothing to do with airguns (sorry) but it usually causes quite a stir when anyone sees it in my tool box. Think of a cross of a channel locks and a Crescent wrench. Knipex tools of all sorts are great.

My R9 hinge bolt "nut" got buggered instantly. It seems soft . The bolt slot not a blemish . Go figure.

I looked at one of those Venturi spring compressors, almost bought it to repair my Ruger.....but then realized the Ruger didn't have scope rails, it has the other style which I won't bother to try and spell here...lol But it looked like cock for dolly on anything with scope rails.

I watch a farmer in Indiana on youtube that had a set of those plies gifted to him from a viewer. He does engine over hauls and most everything else with nothing but a couple different size nut rounders and those plies. They like something MacGyver would of had on his person at all times.

To get the pin out of some gamos you go around the pin to compress the ram some to remove it .
