Vevy pointed objects generally don't do well in aerodynamic performance. The unique way that pellets wobble...procession and they way pellets are subject to nutation... make the blunt shape more preferable than the sharp shape.

The length of the pellets makes it look doubtful that they would fit in most magazines.

That's the one that I would guess flies the best if you have the twist. The bomb is far more marketable than "the plug".
